- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I think just calling this clinic is a hellish experience. I got transferred 4 times to reach his area and then the receptionist couldn't transfer the phone to his department and the call was dropped. Their main interest is scheduling the appointment and I refuesed to schedule unless I knew how many times he performed a specific specialized surgical procedure. I'm not calling back to this horrid clinic. If I could give less than a star I would. I can't imagine how poorly they consider the patient's needs if this is the culture just answering the phone.August 01, 2017by Judith Keller
