- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office knows absolutely nothing about the policies or coverage. When needing assistance with a claim they refer you to the 800 number, zero help or empathy for their long time customers. When asked the purpose of a local office if we have to get answers on everything through a main office, they hung up on me. This happened after a full week of no one picking up the phone or returning a call after leaving messages.
