- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On my first visit which was to be a baseline assessment I was assigned to Paul he never introduced himself to me and his first words to me were to ask me why I wasn't doing more physically then stated that I acted like I had a fractured femur. Paul is highly educated but he lacks compassion and empathy. I'm also a healthcare professiona...l but if I treated my patients the way he treated me... I am sure they would complain because although a person will sometimes forget exactly what you say to them... they NEVER FORGET how you make them feel. Also he stood by the bed with a stern look.... no smiles. .. no handshake....very impersonal while he tapped away at his laptop. He made me feel really terrible about myself.July 22, 2017by Lisa H
