- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited for my new patient appointment, went to the wrong campus(my fault), called the scheduling secretary and asked her to let them know I was coming and why. She said if you're not more than 15 minutes, it will be ok. I get there and they have me as a NO SHOW. Told them my story, Check-in clerk called in the back and asked if they would reconsider seeing me today. Dr. Catz said no. We give doctors so much grace with their schedules and never on time, NEVER! So with all my efforts and calling to be respectful, I was not given grace. I work about 45-50 hours per week and to get another appointment as a new patient is now further out. I decided to reschedule with another doctor! Arrogance! I was really nervous for my appointment as I may have some real issues with my lungs. Had all my paperwork filled out, had people praying for me. So for this to happen is very upsetting.
